on your local authority, body corporate or managing agent you
may be required to provide a contribution to levy and/or rates
clearance in respect of any portion paid on your behalf in advance.
Please note that if the property purchased is Sectional Title or if a Home Owners Association is involved, to provide for a contribution to levies and or home owners association clearance, which provision usually varies from R3000 to R5000.
