UPDATED CONVEYANCER TARIFF FEE 27 MAY 2024
Calculations are based on the recommended tariff published in the Government Gazette and effective from 1 March 2006. Estimations and provisions are subject to change depending on the amount of the purchase price or the bond. Take note that cessions of exclusive use areas in certain sectional title schemes will increase the costs. Note further that depending on your local authority, body corporate or managing agent you may be required to provide a contribution to levy and/or rates clearance in respect of any portion paid on your behalf in advance.
If more than one property is included in the same instrument of conveyance, the recommended fee as set out herein as the Conveyancer Tariff Fee shall be increased by 15% for each additional property, subject to a maximum of R3140 for each additional property.
Please note that if the property purchased is Sectional Title or if a Home Owners Association is involved, to provide for a contribution to levies and or home owners association clearance, which provision usually varies from R3000 to R5000.
Please note that you will be charged an Initiation Fee by the Credit Provider.
