1.2 This Contract is governed by the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (“the NCA”) and the Alienation of Land Act 68 of 1981 (“the ALA”).  In the interpretation of this Contract , unless the context otherwise requires or indicates, words signifying the singular or plural shall include the other, any one gender shall include the other genders and persons shall include natural and juristic persons.
